Kvindo™ Cloud Docs
On Referred clients you claim a client organization by its ID and name. Both must match an existing organization — the name is asked for as a confirmation that you really mean that organization, not as a search field.
If the organization registered within the last 7 days, the claim is approved immediately and starts earning at once. No client consent is needed and no one has to review it.
The window is a precise 168 hours from the organization's registration timestamp, not a count of calendar days.
You are not blocked from claiming an organization older than that, but the claim is recorded as Pending and goes to Kvindo staff for review. Two things follow from this:
A pending claim earns nothing. Commission starts accruing at the moment of approval, not at the moment you submitted — so spend during the review period is not paid retroactively.
A rejected claim releases the organization. The rejection reason is shown to you in the table, and someone else may then claim that organization.

An organization can have exactly one account-level partner. A pending claim already blocks a second one, so two partners can never both have a live claim queued on the same organization.
Once approved, the client's spend at that moment is recorded as your starting point, and you earn on everything above it. See Commission and rates for how the number is computed.
