Payouts

Payouts are requested by you and fulfilled manually by Kvindo — the same way closing documents and invoices work. There is no automatic transfer. There are three withdrawal methods: bank transfer, a promocode, or a top-up of your own Kvindo Cloud balance.

Three ways to withdraw

Bank transfer. The original method. A flat 50 RUB commission is subtracted from every bank-transfer request, so the minimum request is 51 RUB. The form shows a live "you will receive" preview before you submit. Bank requisites are required for this method only — nothing else needs them.

Promocode. You reserve a per-activation amount times an activation count (up to 10,000 activations — how many times the code can be redeemed), plus an optional description. You can set your own code name (up to 30 characters, and it must not already be taken) or leave it blank and Kvindo generates one for you. The real, usable promocode is only issued once Kvindo marks the request Paid, and is valid for 365 days from then — nothing exists yet while the request is still Requested.

Account top-up. Credits the amount straight onto your own organization's Kvindo Cloud billing balance instead of a bank transfer — no commission, no bank requisites needed. This is a payout, not new spend: unlike a client's real spend, an account top-up does not feed back into your future commission.

Available balance

Your available balance is everything currently owed across all your relationships, minus anything you have already requested and that has not been rejected. Requesting does not wait for a threshold — request whatever is available.

Roubles only

Payouts are made in RUB. Kvindo has no way to pay out in other currencies today, so offering them would only let you queue a request that could never be fulfilled.

A request is fixed once created

The amount is reserved at the moment you request it. If your commission later falls — a client refund, new promotional credit — an existing request is not reduced or revoked. It is processed at the amount requested. Only the part you have not yet requested moves with the live figure.

Statuses

Requested — submitted, waiting for Kvindo to process it.

Paid — fulfilled and marked paid by Kvindo. For a Promocode or Account top-up request, this is also the moment the code is generated or the balance is credited — nothing happens at Requested beyond reserving the amount.

Rejected — not fulfilled; the amount returns to your available balance.

Kvindo is notified automatically

Every payout request, of any method, automatically opens a support ticket in your organization, so you don't need to open one yourself to get staff's attention on it. This ticket does not show up on the partner portal's own Support page — that page only ever shows your organization's single Telegram-bound conversation. To follow up on a payout ticket directly, use your organization's Support section in the main Kvindo Cloud portal instead.

See Commission and rates for how the underlying figure — the balance you're withdrawing from — is computed.
