Getting support

Every organization is bound to its own Telegram support group, created for you automatically shortly after registration. That group is the support channel — there is one per organization and it does not change.

From the partner portal

The Support page opens that conversation directly. Anything you write there reaches the same place, and replies sent from Telegram appear in the same thread. There is no separate ticket to open — the whole point of a single bound group is that support stays in one continuous conversation rather than being scattered across tickets.

From Telegram

The invite link to your group is shown on the Support page. Joining is optional — the portal works on its own — but Telegram gives you push notifications when support replies.

If no chat is shown yet

Groups are assigned automatically a short time after an organization is registered. If the Support page says none is bound yet, wait a few minutes and reload.
